Do you want to return one or more items in your shipment? We have a 14-day return policy on all items.

Below you will find information about returns. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service if you have any further questions. Contact us at stores@urbanpioneers.no .

It is not possible to file a return online.

We offer free shipping on all orders over 2000 NOK. For purchases under 2000 NOK, a shipping cost of 75 NOK will be added.

Please note that your items can be shipped from several Urban Pioneers stores in Norway. This is because we have four stores with different brands and products. Do you receive more shipments, please to return the goods to the store where was shipped from. This is also described in the returns form included in the package. If you receive two shipments, there will be two different return labels in each bag.

How do I return?

The package includes an order confirmation, a return form and a return label. Fill out the return form and place it inside the bag, (please also include the order confirmation), stick the return label on the outside of the shipping bag and return the package to the same place you picked it up or to a POSTNORD drop-off location. When using the return label, you will only be charged a return fee of 50 NOK.

Exchange or return of "Click and Collect" items.

For exchanges or returns of items that have been reserved online and picked up in store (click and collect), this must be done in the store where the items were picked up.

Alternatively, you can contact us by email and we will offer you a return label for a return cost of 50 NOK which will be charged to you.

If you do not collect your order within 48 hours, it will be returned and cancelled. There will be no additional charges for this. Your click and collect order will be held for 48 hours after the item(s) have been confirmed.

When do I have to return the package?

You always have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it.

What does it cost to return?

When using the return label, you will only be charged a return fee of NOK 50. You will not be charged for complaints or size exchanges.

When will my return be processed?

We will process your return as quickly as possible. It may take up to 4 days for your return to be fully processed. When your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I get my money back?

If you paid by card or Vipps, you will receive a refund to the same card you used. used at payment. It may take between 7-10 days after you have received the return confirmation by email.

If you have selected invoice and the payment has not been completed, the invoice will be updated or deleted the day after the return is processed. If you have already paid the invoice, you will receive an email from Klarna with details about the refund. Please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete the refund process.

How do I change size/color?

If you would like a different size or color, we have a simple exchange process for you. You can fill out the return form that comes with your order, specifying what you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are free of charge. It is important to note that if the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a regular return.

To ensure that you get the desired item in a different size, we recommend that you return the order as usual and place a completely new order. This ensures that you get the desired item without any waiting time.

I have lost the return label and/or return form.

A return label and return form are always included in your package. If you are missing this label, please email our customer service and we will send you a copy that you can easily print.

Please fill out the return form and carefully pack the item(s) together with the return form before sending the return.

Do I have to return the items in the original packaging? The Urban Pioneers packaging?

We always encourage the use of reusable packaging when returning items, as this is a more environmentally friendly option. If you are unable to reuse the packaging, it is also acceptable to use other packaging you have available at home. Please ensure that the item(s) is well packaged to ensure a safe return. We appreciate your contribution to our environmentally friendly approach.
